At Toot, we’re committed to giving you a safe and satisfying shopping experience. Below is our clear, flexible policy for returns and exchanges, designed with the nature of our health‑related products in mind.

1. Accepted Return & Exchange Cases

  1. Damaged or defective items
    • If your product is faulty or arrives damaged on first use, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
    • We will immediately replace it with an identical item. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose one of the following:
      • A full refund of the item price.
      • A substitute product of equal value.
      • A store credit voucher for the same amount, redeemable anytime on our website.

2.Manufacturing faults covered by warranty

  • Devices that show a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery can be returned or exchanged free of shipping charges.
  • After this period, the customer covers the shipping cost, and warranty terms apply (misuse or breakage is not covered).


2. Cases Subject to Fees

  • If you wish to return or exchange a fault‑free item for personal reasons (change of mind, size/color swap, or failure to collect the order), you must:
    • Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
    • Contact us within 3 days of receipt.
    • Pay the shipping fee of OMR 1.9, deducted from the refund or paid when exchanging.


3. General Terms

  • Once we receive your return, our technical team will inspect it to verify packaging, accessories, and compliance with return conditions.
  • Approved returns are refunded at the purchase price only, excluding shipping costs.
  • We will not substitute an item with a different model unless the original is out of stock, and only after obtaining your approval.
  • Replacement items are shipped after reconfirming your delivery address.
  • Devices may be returned within 5 days of receipt, unused and in original condition; a OMR 1.9 return fee applies.
