1. Accepted Return & Exchange Cases

Damaged or defective items
- If your product is faulty or arrives damaged on first use, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We will immediately replace it with an identical item. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose one of the following:
- A full refund of the item price.
- A substitute product of equal value.
- A store credit voucher for the same amount, redeemable anytime on our website.
2.Manufacturing faults covered by warranty
- Devices that show a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery can be returned or exchanged free of shipping charges.
- After this period, the customer covers the shipping cost, and warranty terms apply (misuse or breakage is not covered).
2. Cases Subject to Fees

If you wish to return or exchange a fault‑free item for personal reasons (change of mind, size/color swap, or failure to collect the order), you must:
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
- Contact us within 3 days of receipt.
- Pay the shipping fee of OMR 1.9, deducted from the refund or paid when exchanging.
3. General Terms
- Once we receive your return, our technical team will inspect it to verify packaging, accessories, and compliance with return conditions.
- Approved returns are refunded at the purchase price only, excluding shipping costs.
- We will not substitute an item with a different model unless the original is out of stock, and only after obtaining your approval.
- Replacement items are shipped after reconfirming your delivery address.
